Fred is known as the wonder dog, as in "I wonder about that dog.". Fred is one of the truley solar powered dogs. He absorbes photons and body heat and converts it to Barks.If anyone out there is from PETA, I would like you to know that poor helpless Fred is being used in dangerous and life threatening experments.
